Unless otherwise specified for particular content, reuse of public information for commercial or non-commercial purposes published on ARSO websites, subject to citation of the source, is permitted in accordance with the Decree on the provision and reuse of public information(Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos 76/05, 119/07, 95/11 and 24/16) and Directive 2003/98/EC.
Limitation of liability
All information and materials on ARSO websites are of an informational nature and may be changed at any time without prior notice. Data and information published on ARSO websites do not necessarily reflect the official views of ARSO, the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, the EU or other institutions employing their authors; consequently these institutions do not assume any responsibility for or offer any guarantee regarding them. The materials on our websites may not be necessarily comprehensive, complete, comprehensible, accurate or most recent and may contain links to other Slovenian or foreign sites over which ARSO does not have full control, or none at all, and for which ARSO consequently cannot assume any responsibility whatsoever. ARSO strives for the accuracy, timeliness and comprehensiveness of published materials and for the best possible operation of its sites but does not assume any responsibility for or guarantee regarding their use. Protection of personal data
ARSO automatically collects data on visits to individual sites and uses them for its own purposes. Users who register on any ARSO site disclose certain personal information through their registration. We do not give out data on our users, do not sell such data and do not allow such data to be used by any third party.
The website "Environmental Indicators in Slovenia" uses Google Analytics cookies for the purpose of analysis of web services. Information created by any cookie regarding your use of the website (including your IP address) will be sent to and stored on Google’s servers in the US. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website and to prepare reports for the website operator. Google may provide this information to third parties where required by law or to a third party that processes data on behalf of Google. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data of yours which are available to it. If you do not wish to use cookies, you have the option of rejecting them. By using this website, you agree to the processing of data about yourself by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above. ARSO does not collect any personal information. All personal information received from the user is treated with due diligence as required by the Public Information Access Act (ZDIJZ-UPB1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06 – official consolidated text, 117/06 – ZDavP-2, 23/14, 50/14, 19/15 – Constitutional Court decision and 102/15;
hereinafter: ZDIJZ and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos 86/2004, 113/2005 – ZInfP, 51/2007 – ZUstS-A, 67/2007, and 94/2007 – UPB1). All collected personal data are kept and treated exclusively in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected. Users have the right to access all information kept about them and the right to supplement or amend such data if necessary.
