KAZALCI OKOLJA

Pollution of groundwater by nitrates is represented by the share of sampling points at aquifers with inter-granular and Karst-fracture porosity where threshold values of NO3 concentrations in samples taken were exceeded at all times, occasionally or never. The threshold value concerning NO3 concentrations in groundwater is determined in the Decree on the Standards of Quality of Underground Water (OJ RS No 100/05) and constitutes 50 mg NO3/l.
