[PO04] Passenger kilometres in public passenger transport

Key message
Bad

After the decrease in number of total passenger kilometres in public passenger transport in 2018, in 2019 the number of total passenger kilometres in PPT again increased. Passenger kilometres increased in both rail transport and road public passenger transport.
